7. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Waivers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, though the provisions of Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Liability), 7 (Arbitration), and 8 (Indemnification) will continue.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international law, as recognized under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where applicable, and supplemented by generally accepted global legal standards.

Any dispute not resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of a neutral international venue, such as The Hague, Netherlands, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may freely assign them without notice.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not serve as a waiver.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and incorporated policies comprise the full agreement between you and jurisviews.com regarding the Site.
